SOL 95-191(N) POC Contact Charles Hayes at (404)842-6553 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking to identify sources, inaddition to the Research Triangle Institute, Inc., who can meet the following requirements: 1)provide software use licenses, software maintenance, software modification and support for theSUrvey DAta ANalysis System (SUDAAN) software for use on IBM compatible mainframes,UNIX platforms, and PC platforms (SUDAAN is a registered trademark of SAS Institute, Inc.);2) provide delivery of all modifications, enhancements, and new releases of SUDAAN softwarewithin 30 days of its release by the Research Triangle Institute, Inc.; 3) assist in problemdetermination; 4) provide telephone support related to problems with installation and use ofSUDAAN software; and 5) provide a distribution service for SUDAAN manuals and documentation. Concerns having the ability to meet these requirements are requested to providewritten notice of their capability to fulfill the requirements, including names and telephonenumbers of two (2) contact points of organizations to which offeror is providing SUDAANsoftware and maintenance services, technical and pricing data, and GSA schedule if applicable.No solicitation document exists, therefore requests or such documents will be considered invalidresponses. If no other responsible source indicates capability to meet these requirements within30 calendar days of the publication of this notice, the contracting officer will consider theResearch Triangle Institute, Inc. to be the sole-source who can meet the requirements.
