The contractor shall provide engineering, technical and logistics support services to the Naval Air Warfare Center's aircraft support mission. These support services shall encompass efforts in the following areas: Program Management Support; Support Equipment (SE) Acquisition Support; Test Program Set (TPS)/Operational Test Program Set (OTPS) Design and Development; Miscellaneous Engineering Efforts. The support services will not be limited to Navy Platforms or to Naval Aviation requirements. The estimated level of effort is 530,000 man hours.
