Equal products offered shall meet or exceed the minimum essential salient characteristics of the brand name product in the solicitation. The John Deere Combine Model 9500 or equal must have the following minimum essential salient characteristics: must be self-propelled, must be Class IV or higher rating, must have a grain loss monitor, must have a feeder reverser, must have electric over hydrolic controls, must have hydrostatic drive, must have 15' flex grain head, must have 6 row 30'' corn head, must have cob save option for high moisture ground ear corn, must have chaff, straw spreader and straw chopper.
