Contract will be solicitated as a three year contract constituting one basic year with Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) and two one year option periods with Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Contractor's must meet criteria for solicitation responsiveness, contractor responsibility, security requirements, specified location parameters and contract delivery requirements. Warehouse production capacity and capability with additional qualifying requirements shall be factored into bid evaluations. Prepare and deliver technical orders (T.O.'s) and/or Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) per Technical Manual (TM-86-01D) under an overflow contract. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement.
