lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be
constructed in the Village of Palmyra, NY. The preferred area is
bounded as follows: on the north by Canal St; on the east by Kent St;
on the south by Vienna St; and on the west by Cuyler St. Space
requirements are for either existing space of about 5,700 sf with 25
customer parking spaces, 22 employee spaces and 2 handicap spaces or,
for a new construction leased facility, about 5,700 sf on a site size
of about 81,000 sf, with 22 spaces for employee parking, 25 spaces for
customer parking and 2 spaces for the handicapped. The lease term is
for a minimum of 20 years with four five-year renewal options for new
construction and 10 years with four five-year options for existing or
renovated space. Proposals will be received through September 15, 1995,
and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms and in
accordance with the official advertisement for space. Solicitation
packages may be purchased by sending a non-refundable cashier's check
