The repair includes excavating rock, concrete, shotcrete, steel, and wood between existing steel ribsets, placing materials to an approved disposal site outside the National Volcanic Monument, installing new ribsets, placing formed and unformed concrete below springline, and placing fiber-reinforced shotcrete above springline. Project is located at the Spirit Lake Outlet Tunnel, Skamania County, Washington. The contract is required to prosecute the work diligently, complete all work inside the tunnel that requires tunnel gate closure within a nine consecutive calendar day period that must be completed on or before February 15, 1996 and to complete the entire work not later than 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. IFB available on or about August 22, 1995 at a cost of $30.00 per set. Tentative bid opening date is September 22, 1995. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns, the size standard for which is a concern, including affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts of the preceeding three years not in excess of $17 million.
