Work shall include the following: Removal of existing exterior wall furring, acoustical tile ceiling, flexible ductwork, raised floor system and electrical; provide a treatment of algicide to the exterior wall masonry, part of the floor area under the raised floor system, and interior of metal ductwork to kill and prevent mold and mildew; construct new exterior wall furring, provide replacement electrical requirements for relocated equipment, mechanical flex-duct, painting, and reinstall/replace accoustical tile. The work shall be performed by a General Contractor. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable DMA, EPA, NFP and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 100 days. The approximate cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This work is located at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and South of arsenal Street in South City of St Louis. Small Business Size Standard is $17M.
