Remediation of contaminated soil shall consist of removal and replacement with clean soil. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type acquisition with a minimum guaranteed quantity of four tanks. Performance period will consist of a base period and two option years. This acquisition is restricted to 8(a) contractors that are serviced by the SBA Denver, Colorado, District Office. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
