JACKSON, Phone (703)604-1920 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a modification to contract N00019-94-C-0054 with EER, 1593 Spring Hill Road, Vienna, VA 22182 for an engineering change to the turret FLIR unit boom assembly for the Helicopter Night Vision System (HNVS). Verified and validated drawings and technical data packages to support this effort are not presently available. EER is the sole designer and developer of the HNVS.
