proof of 125% dynamic test of a full rotation of all load bearing
components, including load chain sprocket, idler sheaves, brake
assembly, pinion gears etc., required for each hoist. Design,
construction, testss and inspections shall be in accordance with ANSI
B30.16 overhead hoists. Chain slings. Quantity is 4 each. Adjustable,
5/8 inch grade 8 chain. 31,300 pounds swl in working configuration.
Style A with leg attached directly to master link. Master link made of
1-1/4 inch forged material with a 4 by 8 inch inside dimension. Length
of chain and link to be 10 feet long. 4 to 1 safety factor required.
Certification of a 10-minute 37,560 pound test required. Inspect and
accept at destination, FOB destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard,
Bremerton, WA. Desired delivery is 15 days after execution of delivery
order. To be procured under simplified acquisition procedures. This is
