65 -- EQUIPMENT HOSPITAL VARIOUS SOL RFP672-102-95 DUE 072795 POC Contact Point, NATIVIDAD RUIZ, (809)766-5559, Contracting Officer, NATIVIDAD RUIZ, (809)766-5559 The VA Medical Center, San Juan, Puerto Rico is seeking the procurement of the following (Brand Name or Equal) equipment listed to include associated accessories: (1) Bicore CP100 Pulmonary Monitoring System complete with one (1) each varflex flor transducer; smart cath; esophageal catheter; catheter extension tube; printer with kit; operators and service manuals two (2) each. (2) Colmac CFS900S Continuous Garment Finishing System; smooth stainless steel interior surfaces without exposed screws, rivets or other fasteners; stainless steel pre-conditioning entrance enclosure with built-in exhaust system; steam heated drying/finishing module; lift-off service panels with locking ''T'' handles; fiber optic hanger sensing; high or low level conveyor configurations; variable speed conveyor; conveyor read-out in hooks per hour; 3'' hook spacing for maximum production; high/low pressure live steam; oversized stainless steel lint screens; sufficient interior height for coverall finishing; factory assembled and tested prior to shipment; operator and service manuals two (2) each. (3) Challenge Industries CPS400 Steam Heated Dryer; capacity 400 lb and options which meet federal government specification: 00-d-1297B/gen and 1297/4PASS through type; operator and service manuals two (2) each. Interested sources proposing to supply an equivalent unit must submit a written qualifications statement clearly establishing capability to meet specific requirements of the listed equipment to include equipment functionality and salient features. Responses must include all technical data, brochures, warranty, training and installation as required. Closing date for submission of response is 7/27/95.
