East, (202)565-4487 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source contract for computer software services for a one (1) year period, with four (4) renewable one (1) year options to MC Strategies, Inc. This unique instructional software was initially developed by and shall be acquired from MC Strategies, Inc., to satisfy computer software requirements of VA Medical Care Cost Recovery (MCCR). All responses must be made in writing and received in this office within thirty (30) calendar days after initial publication of this notice. Written responses must include GSA contract number if applicable, pricing data, and technical information that would demonstrate a vendors bona fide ability to meet the specific requirements. If no responses are received to the effect that this service is available from an alternate source, a contract will be awarded to MC Strategies, Inc.
