The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO) intends to award a sole source contract to Praxis International Inc., 4 Cambridge Center, Cambridge, MA 02142 for the purchase of software maintenance for the following products: (a) Model 204 DEMS, (b) Model 204 ACF2 Interface, (c) Horizon/Primary and (d) Model 204 CICS Interface. Location of maintenance is Defense Megacenter St. Louis, 4300 Goodfellow Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63120-1798. This award is being made under sole source contract due to the proprietary nature of the software.
