Contractor to provide one (1) tug with crew at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. The tug will dock, undock, moor and tow U.S. Naval Active vessels, naval reserve training ships, military sealift vessels in the Hampton Roads area and INTRA-STATE waters contiguous thereto during the period of 1 October 1995 through 31 December 1995.
