Ninth St., Bonham, TX, 75418, in accordance with plans and specifications. Work involves construction of a 4000+ GSF structure, sitework concrete paving, earthwork, excavation, backfilling, general construction, building alteration, asbestos abatement, mechanical and electrical work, interior finishes, and certain other items. Base Bid Item includes all work as indicated on the plans from the corridor expansion joint north to the new constructed area. Solicitation includes (1) bid alternate to refinish existing corridor from the expansion joint south to the Main Lobby. Cost range for this project is between $500,000 and $1 million. Award is subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition is unrestricted to business size. Standard Industrial Code 1542, Construction-General Contractors-Nonresidential Buildings Other Than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses, applies to this acquisition and has a small business size standard of $17 million. Bid packages will be available on or about 8/28/95. No bid deposit is required.
