This work will include excavation, grading, new utility services (water, sanitary sewer, electric, telephone, and gas), concrete, asphalt paving, landscaping, brick, structural and miscellaneous steel, wood trusses, wood studs, plywood sheathing, insulation, vinyl siding, asphalt shingles, drywall, suspended acoustical ceilings aluminum doors and windows, wood doors, finish hardware, glass including built in horizontal blinds, rolling overhead grille hollow metal doors and frames, wood paneling and trim, vinyl composite tile, carpet, painting and decorating, flagpole, bulletin boards, lockers, fire extinguisher, toilet accessories, site signage, interior signage, toilet accessories, scissors dock lift, architectural casework, HVAC, plumbing, and electric. The U. S. Postal Service intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Postal Service. The construction cost range is $400,000.00 to $500,000.00. Plans and specification will be available on or about August 10, 1995. Plans and specification will be provided for a non-refundable cost of $30.00. Only cashiers check, money order or bank certified check will be accepted.
