Description of Work: (1) BASE BID - Repair Ventilation Systems at Building F3134, F3040, F3114 and F2534: Revise the supply and return HVAC system, replace/repair existing exhaust system in the battery building. Repair the existing overhead vehicle exhaust systems in maintenance areas.* (2) OPTION 1 - Install lighting systems at Building J2349, J2449, and J2549: Provide electric services and lighting to buildings J2349, J2449, and J2549.* (3) OPTION 2 - Upgrade Exterior Lighting, Building M8139: Upgrade exterior lighting. Provide new HID fixtures on existing light poles and HID fixtures on exterior wall of building M8139.* (4) OPTION 3 - Replace/Repair Lighting System at Building F2534: Replace/repair lighting system.* Network Analysis System will be required.
