Sealed offers are due Thursday, August 24, 1995 no later than 4:00 p.m. Work shall be started within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and completed within ninety (90) calendar days. The estimated cost of the work is between $200,000.00 and $300,000.00. THERE WILL Be NO PUBLIC OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS AND THE RESULTS OF THE ADVERTISEMENT WILL NOT Be PUBLISHED UNTIL AWARD OF THE PROJECT. There will be a preproposal conference held on Wednesday, August 16, 1995 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the New Hampshire District Office, One Perimeter Road, Manchester, NH to discuss the specifics of this project. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly suggested.
