The work to be performed will include, but is not limited to the following items: demolition of interior finishes, selected floors, building accessories and selected mechanical and electrical items; prepare concrete floors, walls and other surfaces for installation of recessed or semi-recessed items; minor interior masonry repairs and/or reconstruction using new C.M.U.; door replacement and/or repair, provide a new card locking system on the doors; upgrade of finishes on floors, walls and ceilings; install new building accessories including new signage, bulletin boards, display boards, fire extinguisher cabinets, motorized projection screens and wall mounted coat racks; install new toilet accessories and toilet partitions; new window blinds, plumbing upgrades including new counter style sink, fixture repairs/replacement and repiping; new bathroom exhaust fans in all latrines/showers; electrical upgrades including selected light fixture replacements, new GFI bathroom receptacles, new motion detector switches on bathroom and classroom lights, connection to miscellaneous new electrified building accessories and rewiring as required at the U.S. Army Reserve Center Canton, New York.
