Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide for Courtyard Replacement at Bldg. #14, WRAMC. Work shall consist of but is not limited to: demolishing existing cone topping slab, brick divider strips, drainage system clean off exit, waterproofing from structural slab, provide fiber reinforced light weight cone wedge topping, miscellaneous landscaping trees, miscellaneous landscaping shrubs, providing flood light fixtures including wiring, provide irrigation system to include PVC pipe, fittings, and valves. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The proposed contract is Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Businesses. This project has a Statutory Cost Limitation of $300,000 for New Work. All responsible sources may submit an offer. There is a $30.00 Non-Refundable Charge for solicitation packages in the form of either a certified cashier's check or money order.
