16,800 EA multiple magazine Holder. For use on the M16 series rifles
and M4 carbine. FOB is origin. The Government intends to purchase the
multiple magazine Holder (mmh) as anon-developmental item (NDI) through
the use of two-step sealed bid-ding (FAR 14.5). Acceptable technical
proposals were received from heckler & Koch, Inc., 21480 Pacific
Boulevard, Sterling, Virginia 20166-8903 and sarco, Inc., 323 Union
Street, stirling, New Jersey 07980-1398. The proposed contract will
include a 100 percent option. MIL-I-45208 inspection criteria required.

armament logistics AC-tivity (ACALA). All ACALA solicitations are
