14 -- AIRCRAFT TARGET DECOY DUE 092895 POC Contracting Officer, Elizabeth Edwards, (317)306-3616 The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Indianapolis, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Alloy Surfaces Company of Wilmington, DE for the furnishing of Aircraft Target Decoys, IAW Alloy Surfaces P/N RR191AL. One hundred and thirty five first article units with various data items are required. After approval, 1000 each production units are also required and one option year will be included for an addition 1000 each units. 1st articles are required 90 days ADC and production units 180 after approval of 1st article. All offfers will be required to possess a secret security clearance. All responsible sources will be considered by this activity.
