This is a notice of intent to purchase (using Simplified Acquisition Procedures) the following: Progressive Technologies, HSO-1-STG-D Helmet Special Operations-1-Seal Team Gallet-Delta, Non-Standard Ballistic Helmet, Black in Color, with Nylon Suspension System (65 each of medium size and 35 each of large size). Helmets must be rated as a Level IIIA protection system to be considered for evaluation. Interested parties should identify their interest and capability by submitting complete technical and pricing data within 15 days of publication of this notice.
