Announcement #IRS-95-MW-35 is hereby modified to make the following changes: (Item #1) quantity, is changed from 18,000 to 8,000. Boxes must be compatible for usage with Loveshaw box sealer (LD148LDH). Five (5) samples of the box must accompany the vendor's quotation. (Item #2), quantity is changed from 36,000 to 24,000. Boxes must be compatible for usage with Loveshaw box sealer (LD148LDH). Five (5) samples of the box must accompany the vendor's quotation. (Item #3), quantity is changed from 50,000 to 20,000. Boxes must be compatible for usage with Loveshaw box sealer (LD148LDH). Five (5) samples of each box must accompany the vendor's quotation. (Item #4), deleted in its entirety. (Item #5), quantity remains the same. Boxes must be compatible for usage with Loveshaw box sealer (LD148LDH). Five (5) samples of the box must accompany the vendor's quotation. No contract will be issued, instead a Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be awarded under the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act.
