Milner, 703-607-6917 The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to issue a Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the Directorate for Enterprise Integration (D7). The DRFP will be for Defense Enterprise Integration Services (DEIS) ''DEIS Plus'' federal information processing (FIP) support services for all of the Department of Defense (DoD). Possible tasks will include: 1) Contract and Delivery Order Management, 2) Enterprise Integration Program Development and Management, 3) Business Process Reengineering and Functional process Improvement, 4) Baselining Support, 5) Assessment Support, 6) Migration Strategies and Implementation Plans, 7) Data Migration Strategies and Implementation Plans, 8) Data Standardization and Shared Databases, 9) Integration Prototyping, 10) Migration System Development, 11) Migration System Deployment, and 12) Migration System operations and Maintenance. Multiple awards are anticipated, and the contract type will be indefinite-delivery- indefinite-quantity (IDIQ). We anticipate using the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 7379 for Computer Related Services which has an associated size standard of $18 million. The DRFP will be issued the last week of AUG 95, and vendors will have about 30 days to submit comments on the DRFP. Also, the DRFP will be issued via a diskette; not a paper copy. With the DRFP, we will include a bidder's mailing list which will include the vendors' business size. All vendors requesting a copy of this DRFP will also receive a copy of the final RFP when it is released.
