The proposed service contract would cover the requirements for the lease and recycling of the Plastic Media product for AVCRAD - 1108th, Gulfport, Mississippi. The Plastic Media product shall meet the United States Military Specification MIL-P-85891. The Plastic Blasting Media will be used to remove coating such as aluminum, titanium, magnesium, anodized, alclad, and other delicate materials from aircrafts, aircraft components, and other air ground equipment. It will be the responsibility of the successful vendor to bare all shipping, handling, freight in and out costs, permits, and necessary licenses associated with this product. Contract shall be for 1 year with an option of an additional years service. Interested vendors should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in bidding on this solicitation.
