H -- TEST ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM SOL 556-17-95 DUE 091895 POC Contracting Officer, Pamela Smith, (708)578-3722 Furnish all necessary equipment, tools, supplies, labor, services, and supervision to test electrical distribution equipment facility wide to include but not be limited to removal of protective relays, inspect for physical condition, bench calibrate, and test for pickup and trip time. Remove medium voltage vacuum circuit breakers from cubical one or two at a time and inspect for mechanical condition, and clean and test. Medium voltage primary disconnect switches will be inspected, cleaned, lubricated and tested. Low voltage draw out circuit breakers will be removed from the cubicles, inspected, cleaned, lubricated and tested. Molded case circuit breakers will be removed from the panels, inspected, cleaned and tested. Test results to be documented and submitted in a report to include the discrepancies found and recommendations. Minor repair or adjustments will be carried out as required during testing and inspection. The completion time for testing and submittal of report is 180 calendar days. This procurement is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business and SIC Code 8999, and the related Small Business Size Standard of $3.5 million applies.
