It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period from July 1, 1996 through June 30, 1998, with three unilateral Governmental option years. The average capacity of Keystone Job Corps Center is 700 students of which 332 are females and 368 are males. There will be a pre-proposal conference at the Keystone Job Corps Center on September 6, 1995 at 9:00 am, followed by a tour of the facility that will start approximately 10:00 am.
