R -- TARGETED MANAGED CARE Proposals will be received by the Wisconsin Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Health, Bureau of Health Care Financing, One West Wilson Street, Suite 250, P.O. Box 309, Madison, WI 53701-0309, until 3:00 p.m. C.D.T., Tuesday, October 10, 1995, for the purchase of services to provide case management for high cost recipients of the Wisconsin Medicaid program. The intent of this request for proposals (RFP) for Targeted Managed Care is to contract with one or more organizations that will coordinate medical care and monitor all services to selected high cost recipients to ensure utilization of efficient and cost-effective treatment alternatives. The scope of the work includes marketing, screening and referral, enrollment, comprehensive case management, quality assurance and reporting. Estimated program implementation is January, 1996.
