The U.S. Department of Commerce is seeking employee assistance services to approximately 20,000 employees and their families located in the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and the Trust Territories. The contractor shall be responsible for: employee education and outreach; training of key agency personnel; ongoing consultation with managers/supervisors and other key agency personnel; diagnostic evaluation; short term counseling; referral; monitoring and follow-up on supervisory/management referrals; provision of required data and reports; on-site counseling for tragedies and optional services. A fixed-price requirements contract for a 12 month base period and two 12 month option periods is anticipated.
