Mitchell, Contracting Officer, (202)401-5406 The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) intends to negotiate modifications by September 29, 1995 to the following existing contracts: 105-93-1570, 105-93-1572, 105-94-1573, 105-93-1574, 105-93-1576, 105-93-1579, 105-93-1588, 105-93-1589, 105-93-1590, 105-93-1591, 105-93-1593, 105-93-1594 and 105-93-1595. Negotiation of the modifications will be on the basis of other than full and open competition for ongoing assistance in ''Operating a Technical Assistance Support Center (TASC).'' The purpose of the modifications is to expand the training and technical assistance resources to the Parent and Child Centers to enable the TASCs to respond to the increased emphasis on assisting grantees to provide high quality services to families.
