The Armament Research and Development Engineering Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ in conjunction with the Picatinny Chapter of the ADPA, will hold a conference to update the Armament Community regarding the latest trends in modeling simulation. Specific focus will be on supporting Battle Labs, Advanced Warfighting Experiments and Force XXI, as well as modeling in Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) environment. The symposium will be held on 13-14 September 1995 at the Skylands Conference Center, Route 10, Randolph, NJ. The conference will be of interest to Government, Industry and Academia who are involved in the simulation environment with specific emphasis on the weapon systems. An exchange of ideas, approaches, and techniques between Government and Industry personnel will take place with the intent of facilitating the relationship within the armament community. Training of both the ARDEC Technical Community and Industry is an important aspect of this conference. Registration forms can be obtained from Textron Defense Systems, P.O. The registration fee includes a copy of the presentation (to be mailed after symposium), 2 lunches, and a reception at the Skylands on the evening of 13 September 1995. Coffee and danish will be supplied. Registration will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Sheraton Inn, Mt. Arlington, NJ, and continue at 7:30 a.m. at the Skyland Center. The symposium is scheduled to end at 16:30 on 14 September 1995.
