The Space Sciences Directorate of the Goodard Space Flight Center is sponsoring a series of informal workshops on issues relevant to the conduct of space science. These workshops are meant to promote the free exchange of ideas and information among members of the space science community, the total staff of the GSFC (not just GSFC scientists) and other NASA Centers, and the aerospace industry. The 2nd Goddard Workshop on Small Satellites will be on the subject of ``LOW COST ACCESS TO SPACE,'' and will be held at the Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, MD, in the Building 8 Auditorium beginning at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 11, 1995, concluding three days later at 12:00 noon Thursday, Septembert 14, 1995. In this second workshop we are expanding the dialogue to include greater industrial participation than was present at the first workshop.
