Sealed offers are due Friday, September 1, 1995 no later than 4:00 p.m. Work shall be started within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and completed within two hundred and forty (240) calendar days. The estimated cost of the work is between $600,000.00 and $900,000.00. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS AND THE RESULTS OF THE ADVERTISEMENT WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED UNTIL AWARD OF THE PROJECT. There will be a preproposal conference held on site (Boston Road, Groton) on Thursday, August 24, 1995 beginning at 10:00 a.m. to discuss the specifics of this project. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly suggested. Work includes but is not limited to providing all labor and materials to construct a USPS owned postal facility (standard plan 65A building) (net interior approximately 6,700 sf) adapted to USPS site on Boston Road (Route 119) in Groton, MA.
