Description of Work: Furnish all services, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and supervision to conduct repairs of existing diesel fueling facility at Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point. The project includes the addition of 40,000 gallons of above ground fuel storage. The work also includes repairs to facilities used for fuel loading and off-loading for locomotives, rail tank cars, and tanker trucks. Network Analysis System will not be required.
