Building Construction - Demolition & removal of existing building finishes, wall & roof construction throughout the building except for designated areas which are to remain and to receive minimal mechanical & electrical work. Demoliltion & removal of existing plumbing, mechanical,& electrical systems; Renovation of existing building; Construction of a new building addition on the East & South sides of the existing building. Bid Additives - (1) Patios andtheir enclosing brick/metal picket screen walls; (2) Replace the existing manhole at the underground steam system; (3) Replace pad-mounted electrical transformer; (4) Landscaping& irrigation system.
