Scope of work: 1) Provide all labor and materials to perform and complete project no. 527-96-119Z entitled ''Street Lighting Replacement Phase I'', at the VA Extended Care Center, 179th Street & Linden Blvd., St. Albans, New York as required by the specifications and drawings. 2) Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Demolition of existing poles, luminaires, and foundations as shown on the drawings. 3) Provide new 250 W HPS luminaires, 25' poles, junction boxes, and foundations as shown on the drawings. 4) Provide three twin 250W HPS flood lights, 25' poles, and foundations at the pumphouse. 5) Remove all direct burial wires and install new underground conduits and wires as shown on the drawings. 6) Relamp all existing luminaires that are out as directed by Resident Engineer. 7) Demolition and construction will be done in phases as required in specifications and drawings. 8) Roadway access is to be maintained at all times during the period of construction on all phases. 9) Remove all debris on a daily basis. 10) All work to be done in complete compliance with drawings and specifications. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1731, Electrical Contractors. Small Business size standard is $7 million. Estimated cost range is $250,000 to $500,000.
