The work includes furnishing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to provide and install full cantilever type parking lot canopies at Building 270, 401, and 4002 parking areas, the construction of ``T'' cantilever parking canopies, installation of patio enclosures (to match existing) at an estimated 102 family housing units, and replacement of random patio covers, and other incidental related work. The maximum estimated amount of work is between $100,000 and $250,000. Work will be subject to the Davis Bacon Act labor wages. All responsible sources from both small and large business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered. Standard Industrial Code is 1761.
