Provide a 5,580 square foot pre-engineered metal building and 250 square feet vestibule complete with all required accessories, doors, louvers, partitions, finishes, sprinkler, fire pump, exhaust fans, HVAC system, fire alarm detection system, lighting, power, telephone, paving, grading and site utilities. Also 1,440 square foot mezzanine with stairs, fencing, mezzanine lighting and sprinklers, decontamination room to include plumbing, exhaust fan, eyewash, safety shower, floor drain, walls, doors, ceiling, floor finishes, lighting and power.
