AH-64 TADS/PNVS Program System Support for Field Army Systems Fiscal Year (FY) 96 requires related support to include logistic support, publications, data, peculiar ground support equipment, engineering, computer software, offsite support, DAR 6 Screening, and in-hours support for TADS/PNVS related offsite activity. Prequalification is required. All qualification documentation IAW procedures contained in Section L of the solicitation. The Government intends to enter into a sole source contract with Martin Marietta Technologies, Incorporated, Electronics and Missiles, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, Florida 32819-8907 under the Authority and Justificationi for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible s ources are able to satisfy agency requirements. This is a follow-on requirement for the TADS/PNVS Support requirement. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer.
