The United States Air Force will be issuing a solicitation for the purchase of a two full page-full color advertisement specifically in an upcoming Business Week Information/Technology Issue. The requirement will consist of a two-page advertisement, of which the full-color layout of the ad has previously been designed and formatted by the US Air Force, Wright Labs, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The solicitation will be issued approximately 21 August 1995. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use proposal development phase of this acquisition. Potential offerors should use established channels to request information, pose questions, and voice concerns before resorting to use of the Ombudsman located in ASC/CY, Bldg 2041, 2511 L St. Serious concerns only.
