(NFA), a nonprofit organization, seeks a management firm to run its fitness center in Silver Spring, MD. The Center operates from 6:30 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. The management firm must be established in the fitness arena. The facility (including utilities) and equipment are provided by NFA. Requires two full-time professional fitness personnel to be present from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. during each operating day and at least one part-time or full-time staff member at other hours of operation. The senior representative must have at least an undergraduate degree in fitness education or health promotion related field, with a graduate degree preferable. The contract will be for a one year base period commencing about September 25, 1995 and include annual options for an additional five years.
