The FBI requires a contractor to provide, on a profit and loss basis, cafeteria-style food service for approximately 2,600 employees at its facility located in Clarksburg, West Virginia. In addition to providing food services, the contractor will be responsible for all administrative management, supervision, labor, meal planning, ordering, storage, and preparation of food products, as well as all facility maintenance required. Contract period of performance will be five (5) years; however, a renewal option clause reserving the Government's right to extend the term of contract for two (2) additional five-year periods will be included. Contractor's employees shall be subjected to an FBI Background Investigation before access to the facility is permitted.
