The American Embassy in Riyadh requires the operation and management of security guard services in order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain order, deter criminal and terrorist attacks against employees, dependents, property, and provide all equipment, management, administration and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in this contract. Services will be performed in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Approximate manhour requirements are Guard Supervisor 26,000 hours per year, Senior Guard 35,000 hours per year, and guard 60,454 hours per year. These requirements may change depending on fund availability in forthcoming periods. Solicitation is for one base year plus four one year options.
