Contract potential for base year with two (2) one year options. Trips are estimated at 1820 trips and include both regular wheel-chair lift van service and wheel-chair van service with the additional requirement for ''constant watch'' patients. All potential offerors MUST be licensed in the counties of Los Angeles and Orange, CA or have ability to obtain same within a two week time period. All requests for RFP 600-003-96 must be in writing and all offerors MUST have establish dispatch centers within thirty (30) mile radius of this Medical Center.
