Following the abatement of asbestos, lead-based paint, freon, PCB and mercury, demolish and remove nine (9) two and three story buildings and site elements which comprise Laclede Park Apartments, 60 North Ewing, St. Louis, Missouri 63101-2100. This is not a small business set-aside. The estimate for this abatement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. There is a separate solicitation available for the removal and disposal of lead-based painted components, lead-contaminated materials and recapture and disposal of refrigerant (freon), PCB, mercury, and asbestos abatement from this project. The solicitation number for the abatement is H07B95523736000. ONLY written requests will be accepted. No telephone requests will be honored.
