There will be provisions for new: shower rooms in upgraded rooms, double-hung windows, carpet, ceramic tile, vinyl tile, corridor doors, painting, vinyl wall covering, acoustical ceilings, sewer line to an existing manhole, smoke barriers, electrical panels, smoke detectors, appliances, fire suppression system on both floors, a weather enclosure for the north stairway, and any other incidental related work. The SIC code is 1522 and the small business size standard will be $17.0 million. Estimated cost range: $250,000 to $500,000. This contract will be issued as a 100% set-aside for SDB concerns.
