Pitts at (301) 344-3786 USDA, ARS, intends to purchase the following fertilizers for Clay Center, NE, under an FY-96 requirements type contract for the period 10/01/95 - 9/30/96: Urea (46-0-0), nitrogen- phosphate-potassium percentage, granular free-flowing formulation (not prilled formulation), approx. 1000 tons, OR ammonium nitrate (34-0-0) nitrogen phosphate-potassium to be delivered by pneumatic truck trailers; Anhydrous Ammonia (82-0-0), approx. 220 tons, to be delivered by truck; and Treble Superphosphate (0-46- 0), approx. 300 tons, to be delivered by hopper bottom railroad car (via Jeffers Station, Glenvil, NE).
