KEARNS CONTRACTING OFFICER (202) 283-1103. The Internal Revenue
Services is seeking an expression of interest from qualified
architect-engineering small business firms who are capable of
performing work as prime contractors under two architect-engineering
facility support service contracts. The scopes of work for these
projects include the full range of architect-engineering support
services including, but not limited to: design and engineering program
assistance; systems integration and telecommunication; project
monitoring; physical facilities analysis; contruction monitoring;
operations and maintenance procedures; safety, security and risk
analysis; and special technical and supplemental studies. It is
anticipated two contracts will be awarded - one for the Eastern United
States (all States east of the Mississippi River) and another for the
Western United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Each contract
will be for a maximum of $4,000,000.00 in fees for each year. A base
year and four option years are anticpated to be included for a
potential total value of $20,000,000.00 for each contract. The
Contractors will be required to maintain a CORE Team/project management
office in Washington, DC. Interested firms should submit their latest
SF 254 (a SF 255 is not requested) to the following address no later
than 4:00PM, Eastern Time, August 25, 1995: The Internal Revenue

these two contracts are separate actions and you should indicate in a
coverletter or transmittal memo which requirement you are interested
in. No selection decision will be made as a result of this
announcement. The responses to this announcement will be used solely to
determine if sufficient small business capabilty and interest exists in
the architect-engineering community to set this requirement aside for
