J -- REMANUFACTURE FAILING 1500 DRILL RIG (SHOP #906573), FTW, TEXAS SOL DACW63-95-N-0001 POC Leslie e. Guy, Contract Specialist, 817/334-5062. Work consist of furnishing all labor and unfurnished repair parts to remove Failing 1500 Drill Rig (Shop #906573) from Vehicle No. CE16218 and remount on new Vehicle No. CE45411. The following work is to be performed: Steam clean Failing 1500. Dismount Failing 1500 from Vehicle CE16216 and install on Vehicle CE45411. Remove old PTO, provide and install new Power Take Off (which is not the same as model being taken off), Failing Model No. HT-G-175* and remount unit connecting all lines and controls. Rework hydraulic system (rebuild cylinders, replace seals). Adjust pump to operate at maximum efficiency. Adjust master clutch drive. Move hydraulic levelers from Vehicle No. CE16218 to new Vehicle No. CE45411. Put far enough forward to not interfere with V tilt hood access to engine. Clean, prime coat, and paint the drill rig the color school bus yellow, (excluding vehicle and the mast). Painting is an option contingent upon availability of funds. * Power-Take-Off Assembly, Model G-175-HT, Ratio 1-to-1, with controls and mounting parts. Power from the truck engine is transmitted through the patented Failing power-take-off and sub-drive arrangement. One piece case of ductile cast iron casting with mounting and bosses to facilitate right-hand, left-hand, and verticle mounting. All moving parts heat treated with alloy steel. Anti-friction ball and roller bearings throughout. Diamond quintuple chain drive for high speed, heavy duty power transmission. Both vehicles will be available for inspection at the Fort Worth Federal Center. Estimated Cost Range: $25,000.00 to $50,000.00. This offer is set-aside for Small Business concerns.
